A Little About Me.

I'm Ryan Bailes, a creative director, developer, digital strategist, and entrepreneur based in Tyler, Texas.

I'm a co-owner of Bailes + Zindler, where I work with businesses on everything from websites and ecommerce to search visibility, digital advertising, and analytics.

I have a background in business and accounting, but I've always been drawn to technology and the creative process. I enjoy figuring out how things work, experimenting with new ideas, and finding ways to make something better.

My work is a combination of creative direction, technical execution, and strategic thinking. I enjoy developing the idea, understanding the details, building the solution, and evaluating what happens after it launches.

How I Approach My Work

  • Start With the Problem.

Before choosing a technology, designing an interface, or developing a strategy, I want to understand what we're actually trying to accomplish.

The right solution isn't always the most complicated one.

  • Make the Design Matter.

I believe strong visual design can create an immediate impression, communicate an idea, and make an experience memorable.

But it also needs to be clear, usable, responsive, and accessible.

  • Understand the Technology.

I enjoy working directly with the technical side of projects. Code, integrations, data, performance, deployment, and the details of how systems interact are all part of the creative process for me.

  • Think Beyond Launch.

A website or digital product doesn't become successful simply because it goes live.

Search visibility, usability, advertising, analytics, maintenance, and ongoing improvements all contribute to its long-term value.

  • Keep Learning.

Technology changes constantly. I enjoy exploring new frameworks, experimenting with AI, testing new workflows, and understanding how emerging tools might improve the way things are built.

I don't believe every new technology needs to be adopted. I do believe it's worth understanding what's possible.

My Background

My professional experience combines business, accounting, digital marketing, website development, and entrepreneurship.

I earned a bachelor's degree from Baylor University in 2009 and an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2011.

Earlier in my career, I worked in accounting, including forensic accounting. That experience helped shape my approach to problem-solving, analysis, business operations, and understanding the details behind important decisions.

Today, as a co-owner of Bailes + Zindler, I apply those perspectives to creative and technical work.

I enjoy being involved in both the strategic decisions and the hands-on execution.

Beyond Client Work

I enjoy exploring ideas that don't always fit neatly into a client project.

Through AISEOTX.com, I research how traditional and AI-powered search systems discover, interpret, and recommend businesses. I also use it as a place to experiment with technology, publishing, and subjects that interest me.

I'm particularly interested in the intersection of artificial intelligence, web development, search, data, and business opportunities.

That curiosity is a big part of what keeps me building.

Let's Connect.

Whether it's a creative project, a technical challenge, a business idea, or simply a shared interest in technology, I'm always open to a good conversation.
